Due to the level of interest generated from a wide range of investors including institutions, private investors, charities and property companies, the decision was taken to close the sale early and a “best offers” was called just one week into marketing. Six parties submitted offers and the property was sold to an institution who was able to exchange and complete within just 10 working days.
