Singer Vielle launches proptech consultancy

Agent Singer Vielle launched a proptech advisory service this week that will specialise in building on-demand applications for the property industry.

The consultancy and application development service will target anyone in property, including agents, owners, solicitors, and investors.

"We found a gap in the market and no one providing proptech services to the industry", said Neil Singer, chief executive of the agency.  "There's a disconnect between the property industry and the technology people who are in the industry and don't understand the property game".

Applications will be built by Singer Vielle's in-house developer Jonathan Crossland of Lucid Ocean, who has built marketing sites, property portals, and Singer Vielle's blockchain-powered property transaction platform clicktopurchase.

"A lot of people have an idea and they don't know how to achieve the solution", said Singer.  "We can build it for them as well as advise them".
